Position: Expert Security Clearance Technician Role
Take on the role of Security Clearance Specialist at Turner & Townsend in Ottawa. Manage security compliance and processes essential for federal contracts.

You will act as the Alternate Company Security Officer, essential for navigating complex security requirements, including RCMP and NATO processes. Your contributions will maintain high standards for all personnel clearance applications while administering safeguarding protocols for sensitive information. Collaborate within a close-knit team to support both security functions and general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the ACSO role liaising with CISD and government bodies

• Process and manage security clearance applications from start to finish

• Maintain compliance with contract security regulations

• Conduct regular reviews of office security layouts

• Manage secure storage and documentation of classified materials

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a compliance or administrative context

• Familiarity with security regulations under PSPC

• Detail-oriented approach to record-keeping

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools

• Rights to work in Canada and eligibility for Secret security clearance
