Join Allied Universal as a Security Account Manager in Ottawa, where you will lead operations and enhance team performance. This full-time role requires bilingual proficiency in both English and French.
In this role, you will manage daily operations while developing and retaining security staff to meet operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day security operations and inspections
• Supervise and guide security staff performance
• Monitor security systems and enforce access control
• Respond to security incidents and create incident reports
• Maintain documentation and liaise with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal
• Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Eligible to obtain Reliability clearance
