Position: Special Events Security Officer Role
Join Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa as a Special Events Security Officer and ensure a secure environment for guests. This role is essential in maintaining safety protocols during events and daily operations.

In this on-call, permanent role, you will reinforce guest relations while providing security services throughout the casino. Engage with patrons to assist them with their needs, prepare incident reports, and patrol areas to deter unusual activities. Your commitment to responsible gaming will uphold the company's mission of fun and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce security measures during special events

• Respond to patron inquiries and assist as needed

• Draft incident reports with clear details

• Monitor casino areas for suspicious behavior

• Coordinate with management during emergencies

Requirements:

• Law and Security diploma preferred

• Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate

• Ability to obtain Gaming Assistant registration

• Proficient in verbal and written communication

• Familiarity with gaming industry practices
