As a Bilingual GSOC Operator, you'll engage directly with security systems, dispatch personnel, and maintain situational awareness for government contracts. Candidates should possess at least six months of relevant experience, along with excellent analytical abilities. Responsibilities will also include keeping accurate logs and adhering to government protocols in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor CCTV and security systems for incidents
• Assess and respond to alarms and emergency situations
• Dispatch personnel and coordinate responses
• Maintain operational logs and incident reports
• Communicate effectively in English and French with various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Valid Provincial Security Guard Licence
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of GSOC or related experience
• Fluent in English and French, verbal and written
• Strong computer skills and multitasking ability
Utilize your bilingual skills in a critical security role and support the safety of operations as a GSOC Operator with Allied Universal.
