ADGA is seeking an experienced Industrial Security Consultant to support clients across Canada. In this role, you will leverage over 10 years of expertise in physical security to evaluate threats and design tailored security solutions. Your insights will guide project teams on security management, ensuring client facilities are protected in every phase, from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their security needs

• Review security plans for construction projects thoroughly

• Evaluate physical security using established methodologies

• Author Security Implementation Plans and Standard Operating Procedures

• Conduct comprehensive Security Audits and assessments

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in physical security roles

• Certifications such as PSP or CPP preferred

• Strong knowledge of government security policies

• Experience with defense or high-security projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
