ADGA Group is expanding and looking for an Industrial Security Consultant with over 10 years of experience in physical security. This role requires collaboration with construction and defense stakeholders to define and implement robust security frameworks. As a key advisor, you will assess vulnerabilities, author essential security documents, and guide project teams on industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand security requirements

• Review construction project plans for security compliance

• Author Security Implementation Plans and Standard Operating Procedures

• Conduct Threat and Risk Assessments and Security Audits

• Stay updated on emerging security trends and technologies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of physical security experience

• Certification in Physical Security Professional or Certified Protection Professional preferred

• Depth in government security policies and standards

• Experience with high-security construction projects

• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders
