Position: Full-Time Asset Protection
Join Sephora as an Asset Protection Partner in Ottawa and protect store assets while ensuring operational controls. Your expertise will be key in loss prevention and security training.

In this full-time role, you will work collaboratively with store leadership to reduce shrinkage through effective strategies. This includes conducting surveillance, training staff, and managing relationships with local law enforcement. Enhance your asset protection skills while fostering a secure retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CCTV and monitor sales floor for theft

• Prepare detailed incident reports on theft and audits

• Engage with internal and external security partners

• Provide loss prevention training for team members

• Perform audits and communicate findings to management

Requirements:

• 1 year of loss prevention experience required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High School graduate or equivalent experience

• Availability for flexible hours

• Capacity to handle lifting and physical tasks
