Lead security compliance for federal contracts at Bell as the Contract Security Coordinator. Your expertise in the Government of Canada Contract Security Program will guide project teams and ensure adherence to security pillars.
This full-time management role involves providing strategic guidance and support throughout the contract lifecycle. You will lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to interpret security requirements and promote compliance. Your leadership skills will enable you to influence practices and develop effective security procedures within the BBM Contract Security Program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide contract security requirements throughout lifecycle
• Conduct workshops to ascertain security needs
• Ensure compliance with security protocols across departments
• Document internal processes and develop frameworks
• Present security protocols to upper management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in a security-related role
• Federal government security clearances
• Strong communication and leadership proficiency
• Bilingual in French and English for stakeholder engagement
