Lead security operations at Live Nation Canada as an Experienced Security Supervisor. Oversee safety procedures and maintain a secure environment for all venue attendees.
In this supervisory role, you will support the Security Manager in protecting guests, employees, and artists through effective security measures. Your responsibilities will include managing third-party security services, monitoring venue areas, and training security staff to ensure a professional approach to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside management to ensure security compliance
• Manage security staff scheduling and relationships
• Monitor entrance and exit for unauthorized access
• Directly engage with guests and employees for order
• Write reports on daily incidents and actions taken
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Valid security license required
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job
