Enhance venue safety as a Security Supervisor with Live Nation Entertainment. In this role, you will lead security staff, ensure compliance, and create a welcoming environment for all guests.
Live Nation Entertainment seeks a motivated Security Supervisor to assist the Security Manager in daily operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring premises, responding to incidents, and training security staff. Your ability to de-escalate situations while maintaining professionalism will be crucial in ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Security Manager on compliance and policies
• Manage third-party security relationships and labor scheduling
• Monitor entrances to prevent theft and maintain security
• Conduct patrols to visually monitor the venue
• Write reports on daily activities and security occurrences
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in security roles
• Security License required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
