Shape security strategies as a Full-Time Retail Loss Prevention Officer. This essential role focuses on crime prevention and safety in retail establishments across Canada.
In this permanent position, you will monitor store activities, investigate theft incidents, and produce evidence reports. As part of the team, your expertise in theft investigations and a commitment to reliability will support a secure shopping experience for customers. Flexibility in work hours is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate theft incidents involving employees and patrons
• Produce reports documenting investigation outcomes
• Enforce store regulations and resolve conflicts
• Patrol assigned areas to deter criminal activity
• Operate security systems and equipment
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate is mandatory
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience preferred
• Valid Security Guard License and completion of use of force training
• Must have own vehicle for travel
• Reliability and good judgement are essential
