Position: Site Supervisor for Security Operations
Join Securitas Canada as a Site Supervisor responsible for leading security operations in Gatineau. Ensure safety and security while providing direction to your team at client facilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding security personnel, ensuring adherence to established security post orders, and managing emergencies when they arise. You will also engage with clients to guarantee that all security requirements are being fulfilled. A proactive approach and strong supervisory skills will help ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security team and ensure compliance with procedures

• Handle emergency notifications and manage security reports

• Provide ongoing training and support for Security Guards

• Submit employee information and payroll documentation

• Interface with clients for assurance of service quality

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and French

• Must qualify for Secret Clearance with 10 years residency in Canada

• Hold a valid Quebec Security Guard License (BSP)

• At least 1 year of experience in supervisory roles

• Familiarity with security systems and protocols
