CNL seeks a Manager for its Personnel Security team, responsible for managing a team of 20 and the integrity of security screening processes. You will ensure compliance with Treasury Board policies and develop comprehensive threat risk assessments for senior leadership. Strong leadership and analytical skills in a regulated environment are vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a 20-member security screening and investigations team
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
• Develop and deliver threat risk assessments to leaders
• Monitor intelligence reports for operational impacts
• Implement and improve personnel security policies
Requirements:
• Diploma in Law & Security Administration or equivalent
• 10+ years in security, intelligence, or investigations
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in regulated security environments preferred
• Eligibility for Level 3 Secret security clearance
