Security Supervisor Night Shift – Bilingual

This position requires a bilingual individual who can provide direction and support to Security Guards on assigned night shifts. Key duties include implementing security protocols, maintaining communication with client representatives, and preparing detailed reports. Your experience in a similar role will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce company policies and post orders

• Supervise security staff and provide training

• Document emergency incidents and actions

• Communicate with clients to verify security needs

• Handle payroll and administrative submissions

Requirements:

• Must speak English and French fluently

• Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Have at least one year of supervisory experience

• Capable of 12-hour night shifts

• Must meet security clearance requirements
