Paladin Security seeks a Healthcare Security Guard in Ontario to uphold safety in healthcare environments. Engage in monitoring, responding to emergencies, and ensuring patient wellbeing daily.

As a Healthcare Security Guard at Paladin Security, your primary focus will be the safety of patients and staff. You will execute essential duties including thorough patrols and quick emergency responses. Remaining composed in critical situations is key to managing incidents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive and reactive facility patrols

• Respond to medical and fire emergencies effectively

• Perform Patient Watch duties and investigate incidents

• Document incidents and activities during shifts

• Enforce facility regulations and aid in crisis management

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Ontario Security License

• Current First Aid & CPR – Level C certification

• Must be clean-shaven for N95 mask compliance

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required

• 1+ years of security experience preferred
