Join Canadian Blood Services in a hybrid role as an expert in Physical Security & Compliance. Your mission will be to ensure the safety of assets and personnel through effective security management strategies.
This full-time position places you at the forefront of our Enterprise Facilities team. You will drive physical security operations and compliance, focusing on optimizing access control systems and guarding operations. Your insights and technical support will help mitigate risks and improve site security consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out technical delivery of security operations
• Manage access levels and system configurations
• Conduct security audits and assess risks
• Provide operational support for security policies
• Develop training content for security processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Security Management or related
• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Security
• Knowledge of Electronic Physical Access Control Systems
• Training in incident management preferred
• Ability to work independently under established governance
