In this role, you'll patrol designated areas, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to potential incidents. You'll enforce safety policies while assisting guests with inquiries and maintaining a visible security presence. Your observations will lead to detailed incident reports, and you will coordinate with emergency services when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce safety regulations across casino premises
• Monitor surveillance systems for unusual activities
• Document incidents through clear and concise reports
• Provide assistance to guests and employees promptly
• Liaise with emergency services during incidents
Requirements:
• Minimum post-secondary diploma in relevant field
• First Aid/CPR Certification necessary
• Capability to obtain registration as Ontario Gaming Assistant
• Must be at least nineteen (19) years old
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
Protect guests and team members by upholding security standards at Hard Rock Ottawa.
