Compensation: CAD $ 21.06/Hr.Responsibilities:

Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Alcohol Gaming Commission Ontario (AGCO)
Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the Assist patrons with a wide variety of inquiries and situations including providing information about the property and events, giving directions and possibly escorting them if Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise

Patrol the casino areas to establish a security presence and report all unusual situations and/or suspicious

Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency

Assist in maintaining proper key Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.

Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics

Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members to provide superior guest

Qualifications:

A minimum of a post-secondary diploma in Law and Security preferred

Working knowledge of computer application packagesA current First Aid/CPR Certificate The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario

Additional Requirements:

Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, Provincial, and Gaming Commission.

Prior experience opening new properties/outlets preferred.

Must be Nineteen (19) years of age.

Must be able to work on holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.

Ability to frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds or more.
