Senior Manager - Physical Security Leadership

Lead the integration of physical security within the Parliamentary Protective Service as a Senior Manager. Target projects and oversee strategic security initiatives that safeguard parliamentarians and staff.

This role provides high-level leadership at the AS-06 to AS-07 level. You'll direct physical security programs and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks. Essential for the position are your skills in security oversight, governance alignment, and effective communication, to ensure operational readiness across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for physical security integration

• Oversee security strategies aligned with parliamentary policies

• Guide Security Working Groups on risk assessments

Requirements:

• Recent experience leading physical security programs

• Proven track record in security governance and risk management

• Experience directing integration into major capital projects

• Significant relationship management with stakeholders

• Educational qualifications in physical security or related fields
