Security Professional

Position: Security Professional Needed

As a Professional Security Guard, you will actively monitor patients and ensure their safety by preventing harm or disruption. This role necessitates strong communication skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to uphold security protocols and maintain a calm, attentive presence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor assigned patients consistently for safety

• Prevent self-harm or disruptive actions with de-escalation

• Exhibit a professional demeanor in all interactions

• Document incidents and patient observations promptly

• Communicate any behavioral changes to nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current Security Guard License (Ontario)

• 2 years of practical security experience

• First Aid and CPR certification required

• Bilingual in English and French

• Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check
