Bilingual Security Guard

Become a crucial part of Allied Universal as a Bilingual Security Guard in Ottawa. This role in our Global Security Operations Centre requires strong communication and analytical skills in both English and French.

We are looking for detail-oriented Bilingual GSOC Operators to support a Government of Canada contract. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness during operations. The position demands excellent judgment under pressure and adherence to strict security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV and access control systems effectively

• Respond to alarms and emergency situations quickly

• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses

• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports

• Communicate clearly in English and French with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Valid Provincial Security Guard Licence required

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary

• Minimum of six months of relevant security experience

• Fluency in both English and French is essential

• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
