The role of Security Officer involves maintaining a secure environment for guests and employees at Hard Rock Ottawa. You will enforce safety regulations, patrol designated areas, and respond to incidents promptly. Your commitment to building guest relations will enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol designated casino areas for security
• Enforce safety regulations and policies
• Assist guests with questions and emergencies
• Create detailed reports of incidents and observations
• Coordinate with emergency services as necessary
Requirements:
• Knowledge of computer applications preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Must hold valid certifications as required
• Capable of standing or moving for prolonged periods
• Must be flexible with shifts, including weekends
