Join Allied Universal as a Security Professional in Ottawa, where your role centers on patient safety and facility security. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure a secure environment through vigilance and documentation.

This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, supporting Allied Universal's mission to maintain a safe environment for clients and visitors. Duties include observing patients, responding to emergencies, and communicating effectively with hospital staff. You will follow established protocols to ensure safety and contribute positively to the facility's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients continuously as needed

• Prevent self-harm and manage disruptive behavior

• Document incidents and observations promptly

• Engage with nursing staff regarding patient conditions

• Respond swiftly to emergencies as required

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License in Ontario

• At least 2 years security experience

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Bilingual in English and French

• Access to a personal vehicle
