As a full-time Tactical Security Guard at a Specialized facility, you will engage in patrols, monitor behavior, and utilize de-escalation techniques. This role is pivotal for candidates looking to transition from law enforcement education to real-world applications, especially those valuing empathy under pressure. Your work will ensure safety for a vulnerable population through a diverse approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exterior and interior patrols regularly

• Escort individuals using appropriate restraints

• Monitor behavior and report incidents accurately

• Utilize security equipment and software effectively

• Generate daily reports on incidents and situations

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certificate required

• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency necessary

• Minimum of 1 year tactical security experience

• High school diploma from a recognized institution

• Ability to work flexible hours in a high-stress environment
