Bilingual Night Shift Supervisor

Lead Security Guards and ensure safety at client sites as a Bilingual Shift Supervisor on nights. This role involves observing activities, reporting incidents, and providing guidance in emergency situations.

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Shift Supervisor for night shifts, responsible for directing Security Guards on duty. As a key leader, you will perform security duties, ensure adherence to post orders, and maintain communication with clients. This position is pivotal in guaranteeing client safety and security while also managing personnel documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Security Guards at assigned client sites

• Ensure compliance with post orders and safety protocols

• Counsel and discipline staff when necessary

• Assist in training Security Guards as needed

• Submit payroll and personnel information accurately

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and French

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience

• Ability to work flexible night shifts

• Knowledge of security practices and procedures
