Position: Full-Time Security Guard
Protect client sites and enhance safety as a full-time Security Guard with Securitas in Ottawa. Your law enforcement education will be essential in safeguarding personnel, visitors, and property.

Securitas is seeking dedicated full-time Security Guards to join our team in Ottawa. Candidates must have a strong background in law enforcement education, such as Police Foundations or Criminology. Key responsibilities include conducting patrols, responding to security incidents, and assisting during emergencies, ensuring a safe environment for everyone present.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety patrols around the premises

• Respond professionally to security incidents and emergencies

• Escort medical staff during urgent situations

• Provide CPR and AED assistance in emergencies

• Monitor CCTV for suspicious activities

Requirements:

• Postsecondary education in Law Enforcement or related field

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License required

• Certification in First Aid & CPR Level C

• Clean G driver’s license with a good record

• Strong observational and communication skills
