Within the flexible work model, CNSC employees are currently expected to work in-person for at least 25% of their normal schedule depending on the operational requirements and duties of the position. Due to the nature of this position, there will be operational requirements beyond the CNSC baseline. Physical onsite presence in the Ottawa, Ontario office will be required 4-5 days per week as determined by operational requirements.

You are an innovative individual capable and interested in establishing a new division built from an existing cyber security regulation team and a threat intelligence team. You are capable of working in a security environment where tact is critical to ensuring that information is shared as required but discretion is maintained. You are collaborative in nature, willing to work across the organization with regulatory operations divisions, with technical analysis divisions, and with the rest of the Directorate of Security and Safeguards, as well with other government departments.
