Position: Full Time Asset Protection Partner

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for asset protection and loss prevention tactics. With at least one year of retail experience, you'll conduct floor surveillance, utilize CCTV to deter theft, and ensure compliance with company policies. You'll also provide training to staff on loss prevention techniques to foster awareness and security across the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct floor surveillance and utilize CCTV systems

• Prepare reports on theft incidents and audits

• Develop relationships with law enforcement and mall security

• Conduct self-audits and safety inspections in-store

• Deliver training on loss prevention to new and current staff

Requirements:

• 1 year of loss prevention experience in retail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Flexibility to work varied hours and locations

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
