Position: Sephora Asset Protection Specialist
Enhance store security as an Asset Protection Partner with Sephora in Ottawa, Ontario. This full-time role involves loss prevention, surveillance, and collaboration with leadership to minimize theft.

As the Asset Protection Partner at Sephora's Rideau Centre location, you'll be crucial in safeguarding assets while delivering friendly service. With over a year in loss prevention or asset protection, you will conduct store audits, utilize CCTV for surveillance, and build relationships with law enforcement.

Your role is essential for training staff on loss prevention techniques and reporting theft incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales floor surveillance and use CCTV monitoring

• Adhere to Sephora's apprehension policies and procedures

• Prepare incident reports for theft and audits

• Assist with inventory management and shrinkage prevention plans

• Train staff on loss prevention awareness and practices

Requirements:

• One year of loss prevention experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High School diploma or equivalent is necessary

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and managing storage tasks
