Onsite Security Agent at CBN

Join Canadian Bank Note Company as an onsite Security Agent in Ottawa, responsible for safeguarding employees and assets. Monitor security systems and participate in emergency responses to maintain safety and integrity in our facilities.

As a permanent, full-time Security Agent, you'll work at our locations in Ottawa. This role requires expertise in operating security systems, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies. Your critical thinking and excellent communication skills will help in addressing security threats while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to personnel within the building

• Perform security patrols and monitor CCTV feeds

• Act swiftly in emergency situations

• Inspect outgoing deliveries and personal items

• Prepare incident and shift reports for management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Police Foundations or similar

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and G Class Driver’s License

• CPR and First Aid certifications

• Experience in Security Operations Center and CCTV systems

• Ability to maintain Government of Canada Secret clearance
