Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the safety and well-being of individuals in custody

• Record prisoner activities and maintain a logbook

• Keep cells clean and organized

• Oversee food distribution to prisoners

• Report damage or necessary repairs in cells

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational First Aid level 1 certification

• Ability to obtain RCMP Reliability Clearance

• Proficient in English communication

• Ability to lift up to 20 kilograms

• Willingness to complete detention guard training
