Security Agent Role at Canadian Bank Note

Join Canadian Bank Note Company as a Security Agent in Ottawa. This position focuses on internal security, access control, and incident management for our facilities.

CBN is looking for a Security Agent to join its corporate Security Team. The successful candidate will manage access control systems, complete regular security patrols, and act as a first responder to emergencies. You must possess a diploma in Police Foundations and previous security experience, ensuring a safe workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage building access for personnel and visitors

• Perform internal and external patrols while monitoring security systems

• Act as a first responder for emergencies

• Inspect outgoing deliveries for security compliance

• Document incidents and maintain daily shift reports

Requirements:

• Ontario Security Guard License and valid G Class Driver’s License

• Certification in First Aid and CPR

• Knowledge of security audits and trespassing laws

• Experience with CCTV and access control

• Capable of obtaining Government of Canada clearance
