Security Manager

Lead security efforts as a Security Manager at Bird’s Ottawa office. Oversee project security, ensuring compliance with the Contract Security Program (CSP) and protecting sensitive information and assets.

In this role, you will report to the National Security Officer and manage the project’s security team while coordinating with DND and DCC representatives. Your expertise in security management will ensure compliance with standards and the protection of personnel throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chair bi-weekly security meetings to discuss project updates

• Maintain and implement the Security Implementation Plan

• Direct security team management and project requirements

• Coordinate security matters with DND and DCC representatives

• Investigate and report all security incidents and breaches

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum 5 years in security management roles

• Knowledge of PSPC Contract Security Program requirements

• Experience with security incident reporting and investigations

• Must possess or obtain a Government of Canada security clearance
