As a Physical Security Specialist at ADGA, you will work within a team of security professionals, conducting assessments and developing tailored security plans for diverse client environments. Your expertise will contribute to safeguarding critical facilities, personnel, and assets throughout Canada, with occasional travel required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the client’s physical security state using established methodologies

• Author security plans, policies, and procedures

• Conduct security audits and facility assessments

• Perform threat and risk assessments for clients

• Stay informed of emerging security technologies and threats

Requirements:

• 5+ years of physical security experience

• Knowledge of government security policies and standards

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bilingual in French is a plus

• PSP/CPP certification preferred
