With 5-7 years of experience in investigations, crime analysis, and leadership, you'll guide your team in promoting safety and addressing security needs. Your position involves liaising with law enforcement and external agencies to ensure thorough investigation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all investigations and threat assessments on campus

• Conduct statistical analysis and report trends to management

• Connect people with resources to address security issues

• Manage recruitment and performance evaluations of staff

• Facilitate training for team members on investigative protocols

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in criminal/non-criminal investigations

• 3-5 years of team management experience

• Knowledge of Canadian laws and security protocols

• Bilingual in French and English

• Valid Ontario Security Guard license
