Senior Industrial Security Consultant Role

This position entails working closely with construction and security stakeholders to assess risks and propose innovative security solutions. Your expertise will guide security designs and compliance with industry standards while enhancing the safety of client operations. Occasional travel may be expected based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to understand operational security needs

• Guide adherence to the Contract Security Program

• Review and assess construction project security plans

• Develop Security Implementation Plans and SOPs

• Conduct security audits to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in physical security

• Preference for certifications like PSP or CPP

• Knowledgeable about high-security construction practices

• Capable of engaging diverse stakeholder teams

• Strong communication skills in English;
French is an asset
