In this critical role, you will develop and implement security strategies for PCL's Defence Construction Group. Lead risk management, oversee personnel security, and ensure that federal security protocols are upheld. Collaborate closely with Canadian Buildings district teams to enable efficient security program delivery across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide security strategies for projects over $1 billion

• Ensure compliance with security program regulations

• Supervise site access and security systems

• Identify and respond to security risks and incidents

• Mentor and develop security staff across districts

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of security experience in the construction field

• Preferred Level II security clearance status

• Experience with Microsoft Office software

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willing to travel across Canada as necessary
