Part-Time Security Guard Position

Ensure safety as a Part-Time Security Guard at a condo community managed by Apollo CI. Provide security monitoring, conduct patrols, and respond to resident concerns each Sunday evening.

The Condominium Corporation is looking for a reliable and professional Security Guard for part-time shifts. Focusing on customer service, you will maintain a visible security presence and respond to incidents proficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong observation skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the building and parking areas

• Monitor exterior for unauthorized activity

• Respond professionally to resident security concerns

• Document incidents and observations accurately

• Monitor CCTV and maintain security logs

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

• Previous security experience in a residential setting preferred

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment

• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
