Position: Tactical Security Guard Opportunity

Working across various sites, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting a safe environment for all. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with stakeholders is vital. Candidates should hold a valid Ontario Security License and necessary first aid certifications to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control site access and monitor security systems

• Enforce provincial and municipal regulations consistently

• Report security breaches and hazards effectively

• Conduct incident response and crowd management duties

• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• First Aid & Level C CPR with AED certification

• 1 year of preferred security experience

• Educational background in security or law enforcement preferred

• Ability to exercise discretion and problem solving
