Part-Time Security Guard

Position: Reliable Part-Time Security Guard Role
Become a key safety figure as a Part-Time Security Guard for a condominium managed by Apollo CI. Monitor property safety, conduct patrols, and assist residents every Sunday evening.

We are on the lookout for an attentive and dependable Security Guard to patrol our community. This role demands strong observational skills and the ability to respond to incidents professionally. You'll work closely with residents and manage security protocols effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of the building premises

• Monitor for unauthorized access and suspicious behavior

• Engage with residents on security concerns

• Maintain accurate incident reports and logs

• Oversee CCTV monitoring and building access points

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence required

• Previous experience in residential or condominium security is an asset

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Capable of independent decision-making

• First Aid/CPR certification is an advantage
