In this pivotal role, you will lead the Security Operation Centre while managing security communications for VIA Rail. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop national intelligence programs and security plans

• Oversee security exercise designs and evaluations

• Foster relationships with governmental and law enforcement partners

• Guide incident reporting and compliance monitoring

• Maintain and audit security communications documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Communications, or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of corporate security experience

• Must be bilingual in French and English

• Proven experience in strategic risk management

• Capability to acquire level 2 (Secret) security clearance
