This position is responsible for overseeing daily security and loss prevention operations, ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and company assets. The Security Guard enforces company policies and procedures, responds to incidents, conducts investigations, and supports operational leadership inmaintaininga secure and compliant environment.

- The Loss Prevention/Security Guard willutilizeobservational resources toobserveactivities in all areas and document activities that rise to the level of concern, such as:
- Any deviation or issues of non-compliance from the properties’ policies and procedures.
- Any unusual or suspicious activity in or on the perimeter of the property.
- Any unauthorized access to sensitive areas of the property.
- Any issuesthatmay affect the property’s public image
- Any liability issues; and
- Any other issuethatmay be of importance to the Surveillance Manager, Shift Supervisor, Property Management, or the General Manager.
- Maintain effective 24/7 security coverage for assigned locations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support operational goals whilemaintainingloss prevention standards
- Mustbe authorized toWork in Canada.
- Previoussecurityorsurveillance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance equipment is preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with no major infractions.

- Operations are 24/7, and availability must include evenings and weekends.

- Experience working within Native American territoriesor Tribal communities.
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while conducting patrols and monitoring facilities.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods when reviewing surveillance footage, completing reports, or performing administrative tasks.
- Frequent movement throughout indoor and outdoor environments, including stairways, parking areas, warehouses, and office settings.
- Ability to respond quickly to security incidents and emergency situations.
- Capability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach to inspect areas, equipment, and access points.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to
50 pounds
, with occasional lifting of heavier items using teamassistanceor equipment as appropriate.
