Simons is looking for a skilled Loss Prevention Agent who will support store safety and operations. In this dynamic role, you'll work collaboratively with staff while being alert to potential security threats. Your interventions will be crucial for creating a safe shopping atmosphere and enhancing operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety protocols for personnel and premises
• Respond quickly to emergencies affecting customers
• Identify and manage shoplifting activities
• Coordinate with police for necessary actions
• Compile reports and manage staff identification cards
Requirements:
• Must possess a relevant security license (e.g. Ontario Security License)
• Experience in security or loss prevention beneficial
• Must be empathetic and disciplined in approach
• Capable of managing a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Fluent communication in the official language of the applicable province
