Securitas Canada is hiring multiple Security Supervisors to supervise daily security operations and lead service efforts. Successful candidates will manage vital security systems, respond to incidents, and provide operational support to security personnel. This role requires strong leadership skills, along with proficiency in WFM software and access control systems to optimize workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily security operations and patrol compliance

• Manage access control and CCTV systems

• Respond to and document security incidents

• Train and support site personnel in compliance matters

• Address communication issues with management

Requirements:

• Ontario Security Guard License required

• Eligible for Government of Canada Secret security clearance

• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
