Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations for client locations

• Conduct audits and site inspections to maintain quality

• Build strong client relationships and address inquiries

• Support financial planning and monitor expenses

• Identify new business opportunities within the region

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in security operations management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and security systems

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence

• Ability to travel and respond to emergencies
