Securiguard seeks experienced and motivated individuals to enhance security at Swartz Bay. In this role, you will embody a visible security presence, engage with the public, and provide exceptional customer service. The responsibilities also include performing security checks and communicating effectively with team members via radio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety at ferry terminal and onboard vessels

• Utilize control techniques to gain compliance when needed

• Engage with the public to assist and direct

• Perform routine security and lock-up checks

• Identify and report safety hazards proactively

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security License and Advanced Security Training

• OFA Intermediate certified (OFA
2)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable with 8-hour shifts

• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
