Lead commercial security operations at Minto Place in downtown Ottawa, coordinating teams while prioritizing customer service and safety. Bilingual communication supports daily site activity.
As Site Manager, you connect property management with Paladin Security leadership and oversee security operations across 355 Slater Street. You will supervise site roles, support tenants and retail clients, and review incident documentation. The position also includes access control, safety checks, and operational responses throughout the complex.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily security operations across the commercial complex
- Act as liaison between management and Paladin leadership
- Cross-train Patrollers and Operators across site roles
- Review guards' incident reports for accuracy and detail
- Support visitors, tenants, contractors, and retail clients
- Three years' security experience or two years' supervision
- Fluent English and French communication skills
- Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification
- High School Diploma and Canadian work authorization
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada Reliability Status
