Bilingual Rover Security Guard
Use English and French while providing mobile security coverage for Allied Universal across Ottawa, Ontario client locations. Flexible casual/floater assignments require reliable travel between sites.
As a Bilingual Rover Security Guard, you will cover multiple client locations and support changing operational requirements. The position requires strong communication, customer service, independent work, and adherence to site-specific procedures. Assignments include vacant-post relief, patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and professional communication with clients, visitors, contractors, supervisors, and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide security coverage at various assigned client locations
- Travel between sites to support operational needs
- Fill vacant posts and provide relief coverage
- Conduct patrols, inspections, and access-point monitoring
- Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and security concerns
- Fluent written and verbal English and French
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
- Five continuous years of Canadian residence
- Flexible availability and ability to travel between locations
