AFIMAC Canada is actively seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to provide comprehensive care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily activities for clients in need
• Implement care strategies according to Individual Support Plans
• Document all care services provided accurately
• Help clients with mobility and personal needs
• Create a nurturing and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
• PSW or DSW diploma or certification required
• Proven ability to handle crisis situations
• Prior experience in caregiving preferred
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
• Availability for 12-hour shifts, 5-7 days a week
