Position: Flexible Casual Educational Assistant
Join our school team as a Casual Educational Assistant, providing crucial support for students with exceptional needs. This on-call position offers flexible hours to fit your schedule.

In this essential role, you will work under the Principal's guidance, assisting students with autism, development delays, and other learning challenges. Responsibilities include implementing behavior management plans and providing academic and physiotherapy support. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach will be instrumental as you adapt to the dynamic needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with various special needs effectively

• Implement tailored behavior management and learning support

• Conduct physiotherapy exercises and stretches as necessary

• Participate in outdoor and pool duties as needed

• Modify educational programs to aid different learning needs

Requirements:

• Community college diploma in relevant field

• At least 1-2 years of experience with special needs children

• Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification

• Trained in Behavior Modification

• Must provide copies of relevant qualifications
